I love to travel around Europe and taste different dishes, and then come home and cook for my family and friends. I had a rest two years ago in Mallorca , I tried the paella and was very fond of this dish, cook it with pleasure for family parties and celebrations and I LOVE Jamón , this is the most delicious meat in the world!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 kg flour, 50 gr of fresh yeast, 0.5 liters of milk, 5 eggs, 300 gr sugar 300 gr butter, 200 gr raisins , 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • White icing: 2 egg whites , 250 grams of powdered sugar.

Method

  • 1. Yeast grind and add 3-4 tablespoons of milk and gently stir. Put in a warm place. Melt the butter in the remaining hot milk. Add sugar, mix and allow to cool slightly. Sift flour and mix with milk mixture.
  • 2. Add the diluted yeast and knead smooth, homogeneous dough. Cover the dough with a towel and put in a warm place for 30-30 minutes.
  • 3. Raisins wash and dry. Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites. When the dough will increase in two times to enter yolks, then the beaten egg whites, add the raisins.
  • 4. Dough to knead. The form of grease. Put the dough to one-half the height of the form. Put in a warm place. When the dough has risen, place in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  • 5. white icing: two egg white mix with powdered sugar and spread on top of Easter cakes. Decorate as desired.
