Of course there is a story … Back in Paris … My first visit to the city of dreams . I was walking , stopping by in beautiful museums and cosy pâstry chops. I tried a lot of dessert, everything was amazing! Taste like heaven , but I never knew that my ‘food-love’ was waiting for me just behind the corner ! The eclairs boutique … I have never seen such a beautiful eclair dessert , it’s always not good looking and not crazy tasty , I was in shock when I saw that! Perfectly shaped eclairs !!!! Shiny and just PERFECT! I picked the chocolate one and strawberry one . I ate it in the park , with all the romantic atmosphere of Paris . That was the best dessert of my whole life! Tender and colorful taste ! Soft and crusty in one time dough with the heavenly tasty filling … I decided defenetly try to cook it home! And here it is! I’m the first chef in my city with eclairs like that…. Thank you, Paris!


  • Butter 120 grams
  • Flour – 160 grams
  • Salt – 5 grams
  • Sugar – 15 grams
  • Milk – 260 grams
  • Eggs – 210 grams
  • Whipped cream -400 grams
  • Caramel chocolate – 200 grams


  • Warm up salt , sugar , milk and butter . Until it’ s boiling
  • And the sifted flour. brew dough with a spatula.
  • Cool it down until 45 degrees . Add eggs half by half while whipping
  • Prepare the oven . 175 C . Carefully squeeze eclairs on a silicone chapped mat and bake for 45 minutes
  • Warm up 100 grams of whipped cream and pour it on the chocolate . Cool it down and add the rest of whipped cream . Leave in the fridge for one night . In the morning whip it until hard pics . Fill it in the eclairs ! That’s amazingly tasty! You can use glaçage for the glaze ! The caramel filling better do one night before cooking
