A while back I visited a farm in California, in which they where having a potluck gathering. One of the plates was honey fries, which I immediently fell in love with. I added in the Rosemary and Parmesan just to give it more flavor. Enjoy!
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Parmesan
3 oz. Garlic powder
2 Rosemary stem
1 1/2 cup Coconut oil
Cut and fry potatoes in hot coconut oil. Let cool down
In a different sauce pan, add honey and a bit of coconut oil with garlic powder and Rosemary. Let them simmer on low heat.
Once sauce is ready, mix fries together and add in the Parmesan cheese
