The noodle salad is fast to cook and healthy for any fitness buff who travels often. Veggies and carbs essential for vibrance and fitness. It’s an easy one for every traveller foodie that’ll rather put their own chow together themselves.

Ingredients

  • Water
  • 2 big packs of Noodles
  • Shredded Chicken
  • 1 tin of Sardine
  • 3 Cabbage leaves
  • 3 Carrot
  • Green pepper
  • Onion
  • Red pepper

Method

  • First, I boiled the shredded chicken with salt and onions for five minutes
  • Then I boil the noodles in water together with the vegetables and seasoning
  • I wait for 3 minutes then add the sardine
  • In about 6 minutes, I add the chicken because noodles cooks really fast
  • I stir and wait for a few seconds
  • Voila!
